How do I cancel my friend finder account?

Friend Finder is a free service provided by Facebook. Friend Finder helps you connect with friends and family near you. You may also want to check out our Privacy Policy.
If you decide not to continue using Friend Finder, please follow the instructions below to remove your information from our database.
1) Log in to your Facebook Account Settings Page.
2) Click on the “Account” tab at the top of the page.
3) Click “Remove Your Information.”
4) Enter your email address and click “Submit.”
5) Delete your profile photo and cover image.
6) Remove your name from your timeline.
7) Click “Done” at the bottom of the page.
8) Click “OK” to confirm your action.
9) Close your browser window.
Delete Account from Mobile App
If you’re not happy with your Friend Finder app, you may be able to delete your account from the app itself. Note: Deleting your account doesn’t remove any information from Facebook; it just removes access to your profile and friends list.
Delete Account from Web Browser
If you’re not interested in keeping your friend finder account active, simply delete it from your web browser.
Then scroll down to Friend Finder and click Delete Account.
Once deleted, your friend finder account won’t be visible to anyone except you. So no one will ever see your friends’ names again unless you add them back to your list.
This process may take several days to complete, depending on when you originally created your friend finder account. But once it’s done, you can stop worrying about your privacy settings and concentrate on creating content for your blog instead.
Delete Account via Email
If you’re not comfortable deleting your Facebook account yourself, you can send them an email asking them to delete it for you. This method is safer than sending a request through Facebook itself because there’s no risk of being blocked from accessing your account.
To avoid getting caught in the crossfire between friends who disagree over whether to delete their accounts, be careful when crafting your email. Make sure you include only relevant information, such as the reason you want to delete your account, and that you’ve already tried contacting Facebook directly.
Also, keep in mind that some users may need additional proof that you actually own the email address associated with your account. So, if you use multiple email addresses, consider creating a separate email address specifically for this purpose.
Once you receive confirmation that your friend has deleted your account, you should be able to access your profile again.
Delete Account via Messenger
If you’re not familiar with Friend Finder Networks (FFN), it’s a social networking site where users create profiles and invite friends to join them. The idea is that when two members of the network meet each other, they can connect instantly through Facebook Messenger.
When you sign up for FFN, you agree to be bound by its Terms of Service, which includes a clause stating that you must delete your account within 30 days of cancelling your subscription.
However, there’s no way to delete your account directly through the Messenger app. So here’s what you need to do:
1) Open the Messenger app on your phone.
2) Tap the menu icon at the top right corner of the screen.
4) Scroll down until you reach the Delete Account section.
5) Click on the link next to Cancel Subscription.
6) Confirm your decision by tapping OK.
7) Wait for the confirmation window to disappear.
8) Close the Messenger app and log back in to your account.
9) Enjoy the benefits of being free again!
