It’s not always about the looks. Sometimes, it’s just about being yourself and letting others discover who you really are.
Your profile picture should reflect who you are. Don’t worry about whether it’s cute or attractive. That’s not what matters. What matters is how you present yourself to the world.
You don’t have to look like a model. In fact, you shouldn’t. But you also shouldn’t post selfies of yourself looking like a model.
Don’t put up a photo of yourself looking like a supermodel. Just because you have great skin doesn’t mean you should show off every inch of it.
And while you may think you look handsome in a suit, you might not actually look handsome in a swimsuit.
So, take a few minutes to edit your profile picture. Make it something that reflects who you are.
If you don’t have a lot of time to spend on your profile, at least give us a quick glimpse of who you are.
What kind of music do you listen to? Do you enjoy sports? Are you religious? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke cigarettes?
These questions aren’t meant to judge you. They’re simply designed to help us learn more about you.
Once you’ve answered them, you can decide which ones are important enough to include in your bio.

Be honest about what you’re looking for
If you’re not being honest about what you’re seeking in a relationship, you risk getting hurt. So be upfront about what you’re looking to find in a partner. Don’t hide behind vague statements like “someone who makes me laugh.” Instead, tell her exactly what she needs to hear.
Tell her that you’re looking for a woman who is smart, funny, attractive, and ambitious. Tell her that you’d prefer a woman who is independent and self-sufficient, but you understand that some women need help raising children. And finally, tell her that you’re willing to compromise on certain things, but only if she compromises too.
Don’t forget to ask yourself these questions when answering this question:
What am I looking for in a person? What qualities would I expect in a long term partner? Do I want a serious relationship or just sex? Is there anyone special out there for me?
These questions will help you determine whether you should pursue a dating site or simply meet someone at work or school.
Don’t lie
If you’re looking for a relationship, you need to be honest. Don’t tell lies. Be upfront about who you are and what you expect out of a relationship.
That means being honest about yourself, including any past relationships. And when you meet someone new, ask them questions about themselves. Ask open-ended questions that allow them to talk freely about themselves.
Ask questions about where they grew up, what they did growing up, what they’ve done since leaving home, etc. This gives you insight into their personality and character.
When you find someone you’d like to date, ask them questions about their interests, hobbies, career goals, family history, etc. These types of questions help you learn more about each other.
And remember, honesty is the foundation of every successful relationship.
Show interest
If you’re looking for a relationship, you need to show interest. Showing interest means being interested in who you’re talking to, not just what you want.
When you show interest, you demonstrate that you care enough to ask questions and listen to them. This shows that you respect yourself and others. And this makes you attractive to others.
To be successful at showing interest, you must practice these three things:
1) Be honest. Don’t lie about your intentions. Tell her exactly what you want.
2) Ask open-ended questions. Questions that invite discussion rather than answers.
3) Listen carefully. Make sure she knows you’re paying attention.
4) Smile. Smiling is contagious. People smile when they feel happy or comfortable. So smiling makes you appear friendly and approachable.
5) Say thank you. Thanking someone for their time and effort helps them feel appreciated.
6) Offer to help. Helping others feels good. Plus, offering to help demonstrates that you value her opinion.
7) Compliment her. Compliments are flattering and let her know that you appreciate her.
8) Give compliments back. Letting her know that you notice her looks, personality, or accomplishments lets her know that you find her attractive.
9) Pay attention. Focus on her. Look at her eyes, lips, hands, feet, hair, etc. Notice everything about her.
