  1. You should always keep your chat list open because it helps you keep track of your conversations. But if you want to keep your chat list closed, you can do that too. Just click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen and select ‘Close Chat List.’

    If you don’t want to close your chat list, just tap on the three dots again and select ‘Open Chat List.’ Now you can easily access your chats whenever you want.

    Create a Custom Chat Room

    Custom chat rooms allow you to create private groups within your community. This feature allows you to invite specific members to join a group chat room where they can communicate privately with each other.

    From there, you can add a new chat room and customize its settings.

    Once you’ve created a chat room, you can invite users to join. To do this, select the user who should be invited. Then, click Invite Users. The selected user will receive a notification inviting them to join the chat room.

    If you’d rather not use the default chat room, you can create a new chat room instead. Simply click Create New Chat Room. You can name the new chat room whatever you wish.

    When creating a new chat room, you may need to give it permissions to access certain features. Click Permissions. Here, you can change the permissions for the chat room.

    • Allow guests to post messages – Select Yes to enable guest posting. Guests can post messages in the chat room, but cannot reply to posts made by others.
