How do you keep your team chat list open?

You should always keep your chat list open because it helps you keep track of your conversations. But if you want to keep your chat list closed, you can do that too. Just click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen and select ‘Close Chat List.’
If you don’t want to close your chat list, just tap on the three dots again and select ‘Open Chat List.’ Now you can easily access your chats whenever you want.
Create a Custom Chat Room
Custom chat rooms allow you to create private groups within your community. This feature allows you to invite specific members to join a group chat room where they can communicate privately with each other.
From there, you can add a new chat room and customize its settings.
Once you’ve created a chat room, you can invite users to join. To do this, select the user who should be invited. Then, click Invite Users. The selected user will receive a notification inviting them to join the chat room.
If you’d rather not use the default chat room, you can create a new chat room instead. Simply click Create New Chat Room. You can name the new chat room whatever you wish.
When creating a new chat room, you may need to give it permissions to access certain features. Click Permissions. Here, you can change the permissions for the chat room.
You can set the following options:
• Allow guests to post messages – Select Yes to enable guest posting. Guests can post messages in the chat room, but cannot reply to posts made by others.
• Allow guests to view profile information – Select Yes to enable viewing of profiles. Guests can view profiles, but cannot send requests to join the chat room or leave comments.
• Allow guests (and moderators) to edit content – Select No to disable editing. Moderators can edit content posted in the chat room, including deleting posts.
• Allow guests and moderators to delete content – Select No to prevent deletion of content. Moderators can delete posts, but guests cannot.
• Allow guests/moderators to ban users – Select No to prevent banning. Moderators can ban users, but guests cannot.
Set up a Slackbot
Slack is a great tool for keeping your team organized and communicating efficiently. But there’s no reason not to use it for personal communication too.
Slackbots are automated messages that appear in channels (groups) within Slack. They’re useful for sending out reminders, sharing files, scheduling meetings, and more.
To set up a Slackbot, go to slack.com/apps and search for “slack bot.” Then select the type of bot you’d like to create.
Once you’ve created your bot, you’ll need to add it to a channel. To do this, go to slack.chat/channels and search for the name of the channel where you’d like to send the message. Click the “+” button next to the channel name, and then scroll down to find the bot you just created. Select the bot and click “Add”.
Now whenever anyone mentions the channel name, the bot will automatically respond.
