Montrose is one of the best places in Houston to live, work, play, shop, dine, and date. The History of Gay Culture in Houston
Montrose is a neighborhood in Houston, Texas, United States. The area was once known as the “Gayborhood”, due to its large concentration of LGBT residents. Today, Montrose remains home to many gay bars and clubs, including the popular gay bar, The Abbey.
