eHarmony is not a dating site. We don’t provide dating services. We offer relationship coaching and tools designed to help you build relationships based on compatibility.
We do not provide refunds for paid subscriptions. We also do not give refunds for free trials.
If you cancel within 30 days of signing up for a subscription plan, you’ll receive a full refund.
You may cancel at any time during your subscription period without charge. To cancel, simply log in to your account online and click Manage My Subscription.
Is it possible to cancel my subscription with eHarmony?
eHarmony is a dating site where members answer questions about themselves and each other. The answers help match them together based on compatibility.
If you’re not happy with the results, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, cancelling your membership does not mean that you will be refunded.
To find out whether you qualify for a refund, contact eHarmony directly. They should be able to tell you within 24 hours whether you qualify for a full refund.
If you don’t qualify for a refund, you may still be eligible for a partial refund. Contact eHarmony again to ask for details.
Can I cancel my membership?
If you’re not satisfied with eHarmony, you can cancel at any time. However, there may be some fees associated with canceling your subscription.
eHarmony charges $19.95 per month (plus tax) for its Basic package. This includes access to eHarmony’s online dating site and matches made through the site.
To cancel your Basic package, simply call 1-800-944-4343 and ask for cancellation. There’s no fee for this process.
However, if you’ve already paid for your Basic package, you won’t be able to cancel until after 30 days. After 30 days, you’ll receive a bill for the remaining balance due.
After 60 days, you’ll receive another bill for the remaining balance. And after 90 days, you’ll receive yet another bill for the remaining amount owed.
If you decide to continue paying for your Basic package after these three billing cycles, you’ll be charged monthly at the rate of $29.95 plus tax.
If you decide not to pay for your Basic package after 90 days, you can still cancel at any time. But you’ll lose access to eHarmonys’ online dating site.
If you decide you’d rather keep your Basic package than pay for it again, you’ll need to contact eHarmony Customer Service. They’ll help you set up a payment plan.
Once you’ve cancelled your Basic package, you’ll have 30 days to use your credits toward a free trial of eHarmony’s Premium package.
Premium packages include additional features, including unlimited messaging, emailing, and calling.

Do they offer refunds?
Eharmony offers a 30 day guarantee. They’re not perfect, but they’re pretty darn close. So if you sign up and decide after 30 days that you’re not happy, just send them an email explaining why and ask for a full refund.
